With both professional expertise in healthcare administration and personal experience as a survivor, Cheryl brings a unique and powerful perspective to every space she occupies.
Her journey has fueled a deep commitment to trauma-informed advocacy, where she empowers others to navigate their own healing journeys with dignity and support. Cheryl is a firm believer in the power of lived experience as a tool for transformation. Through workshops, peer support, and community outreach, she provides encouragement and education to those impacted by abuse—especially women rebuilding their lives after trauma.
